Missions durant le stage :

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Marketing, vous assisterez l’équipe dans les missions suivantes :

- suivi et analyse des données d’audience de nos univers de concurrence sur le digital (web fixe, mobile, tablette, vidéo)

- contribution au développement des outils d’aide à la vente : argumentaires, offres commerciales…

- rédaction d’une newsletter interne sur notre offre commerciale

- rédaction de notes de veille sur le marché publicitaire digital

 

Profil / Qualités requises :

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en formation de niveau bac+4/5 spécialisée en Marketing / Publicité, et êtes passionné(e) par les médias. Vous maîtrisez bien les outils de bureautique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).

In this critical role, the Analyst will be responsible for supporting clients in the design, launch, and overall management and optimization of campaigns running through TerminalOne, becoming the trusted “go to person” for all partners associated with active campaigns and making sure day-to-day relationship communications and project details are executed flawlessly.   This will consist mainly of client-facing information discovery, translation of learnings to strategic and tactical recommendations, campaign execution and optimization, active client training on campaign best practices, and problem solving.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in guiding clients to execute and oversee day-to-day yield management across all campaigns and supply sources, including performance monitoring, identifying and implementing enhancements, issue identification and escalation
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of top tier client performance, actively teaching clients how to best drive their business goals via the TerminalOne technology.
  • Establish a consistent and collaborative MediaMath presence and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track and solve client issues
  • Become resident expert at using TerminalOne, MediaMath’s media trading platform
  • Provide inputs and thought leadership around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of TerminalOne to achieve client goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; (Preferably in quantitative discipline Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.)

  • Fluent French and English speaker

In order to fasten our metadata import and detect potential errors in our partners deliveries. You will have to implementation a data import module that will be responsible for the whole upstream chain of data retrieval until the availability in database in a source table ready to be aggregated:

- Recover data whatever the media (FTP / SFTP / S3 Amazon / API / Rsync / Pigeon traveler / ...)
- Check the media integrity (check MD5 if available, file size, etc.)

Your role: 

  • You design, analyse and implement web based solutions for the BidMotion platform
  • You produce clean, semantic and mobile-optimized web experiences using JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3
  • Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products

Our requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in front-end software engineering using the latest technologies
  • Experience developing highly interactive web applications with one of the following framework : Angular, React, Vue. 
  • Expert of web technologies such as modern Javascript (ESNext), JQuery, CSS, HTML, Typescript
  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming and architecture (Java, PHP, C# or C++)
  • Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance

Afin de nous accompagner dans notre déploiement et confirmer notre position de leader en France : nous recrutons un(e) BUSINESS MANAGER JUNIOR.

Mission principale

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Commercial France, vous évangéliserez les solutions technologiques d’ADventori auprès d’un portefeuille de clients (annonceurs, agences média, agences de publicité, trading desks). Vous contribuez au développement de l’activité par la prospection de nouveaux clients et le farming des clients acquis.

Représenter ADventori auprès des Agences, c’est avant tout représenter un savoir-faire unique, basé sur la simplicité et la créativité. Vous ferez briller une solution techno unique sur le marché en termes clairs et apporterez une réponse efficace aux problématiques de communication que les agences doivent apporter à leurs clients.

Activités principales

Le(a) Business Manager Junior devra assurer les missions ci-après :

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients (annonceurs, agences medias, agences 360) ;
  • Développer un portefeuille existant, avec comme objectif de toujours le faire progresser ;
  • Assurer une couverture terrain optimale auprès des contacts pertinents du marché ;
  • Valoriser l’ensemble des solutions commercialisées par ADventori avec une approche consultative, créative et servicielle ;
  • Collaborer à la négociation et à la conclusion des propositions commerciales ;
  • Avoir une veille active sur l’écosystème publicitaire.

Compétences nécessaires

De formation BAC+4/5 (commerciale, marketing ou média), vous avez une 1ère expérience réussie en solution technologique, en régie, agence média, agence de publicité, lors de laquelle vous avez pu forger votre savoir-faire commercial.

  • Connaissance du marché publicitaire : programmatique, mobile, vidéo indispensable ;
  • Vous savez prospecter ;
  • Pugnace, imaginatif et réfléchi, vous savez convaincre ;
  • Carnet d’adresses chez l’annonceur et en agence media (et si possible agence créa) ;
  • Doté d’une excellente capacité de communication, vous faites preuve d’organisation, d’une grande disponibilité, de rigueur et d’autonomie ;
  • La maîtrise de SalesForce est un plus ;
  • Vous parlez anglais et le pratiquez dans un contexte professionnel ;
  • Passionné d’Internet, vous souhaitez vous investir dans une société qui connaît un très fort développement en France et à l’international.
