Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator- 6 month fixed contract

 

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Southern Europe Marketing Manager on a wide range of exciting marketing programs, as well working closely with the regional sales team. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

 

About the team:

 

The AppNexus Commercial Marketing team is embedded in the commercial organization and works in close coordination with sales and account managers to evangelize the company’s product strategy and roadmap, drive new and incremental business opportunities, and generate awareness in regional markets. The team also works closely with our Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Communications organizations, to ensure that our company messaging resonates effectively in local markets and in the field.

 

 

About the job:

 

• Serve as key support to the Southern Europe Marketing Manager including but not limited to event planning, coordination, on-site management, as well as sales support, research assignments, and other duties as assigned
• Assist the Southern Europe Marketing Manager with planning and execution of a variety of marketing programs (including inbound/outbound marketing programs) 
• Assist with managing budgets, recaps, status reports, contracts and overall event management
• Identify and source vendors and venues to fulfill event services
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

About your skills and experience: 

 

• Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Openness and engagement in teamwork
• Native fluency in French and English. Spanish will be a plus 
• Deep interest in how marketing is evolving
• Experience in the digital advertising landscape is beneficial, though curiosity to learn fast is equally valuable
